Joe has successfully managed his own business, worked in large multinationals and has enjoyed great success in supporting and managing start up ventures. Joe is a respected leader across the start up ecosystem in Italy and in Europe, having successfully run Banc Intessa's start up initiative and incubator program. His expertise, apart from extensive experience in the financial services sector, is focused on being a Solutions and Product Architect, designing innovative business solutions using open source and other technologies, responsible for incubation of new products / ideas and technology leadership.
